Preferred Move Training Problems

Hi, I'm new to this forum so I'm sorry if this thread has been made in the wrong place.

Anyway, I have a slight problem with preferred move training that I don't quite understand. With most players I have no problems choosing a move to teach them, but for certain players, the option to "start preferred move training" is not available.

For example, I'm playing as Arsenal, I've just started my 4th season and I'm trying to teach all my forwards to "place shots" so that they don't keep smashing the ball wide or over when 1v1 with the GK. I'm able to start the training fine for most of them, except for Edinson Cavani... when I go onto his profile and click "interaction", there is no option to "start preferred move training" like there is for all my other forwards.

This is happening with 3 or 4 of my players, I also can't teach Jack Wilshere a new move, or Frimpong.

There may very well be a perfectly reasonable explanation for this, but I do not understand. Can anyone please explain to me why this happens?

Is he already being trained with something else ? Or can he already place his shots ?

just hover the mouse at the option, the reason will appear

Either he's already learning another PPM or he's tutoring someone. Or perhaps he's injured.
