Preferred move training

Hi .

how can i initiate a pref move training ? w/o waiting to receive a backroom advice?

i need to interact with the player and i need to invite a coach in also ? (how can i do that??)
i need to interact with the coach first ? coz i cant talk to the coach. option is disabled

right-click on the player, and under interaction it should say "start preferred move training". pick the coach who will be conducting the training (at the moment i don't know if it makes a difference which coach you pick) and then you will be in conversation with the coach and can select the preferred move for them to teach the player.
