Preferred Moves

I built myself a tactic, it seems to be working well, topping the tables, and I bought great players, I'm doing reasonably well, but I was wondering if there is a way to maximize my tactic and players, and I thought maybe if every player learned specific preferred moves it could benefit him, but i have no idea which preferred moves would be better, what should i look at, the attributes, the position, the placing on the field, or the instruction?
anyone has an idea?

Well if for instance you use a lot of wing play then having your wingers prefered moves as runs down the left then obviously its going to help. Maybe post you tactics so that members can see what your settings are?

In my game, i trained Guardado to do long shots, 'cus he got great stats in long shots..
Basically, I think, you should think about what seems logic, to strengthen a preferred move

long shots, forward as much as possible and I tarined my wingers to dribble in the center, so they go from the flanc and destroy defences.

just wondering if anyone could help me on this... i have just bought Jose Baxter and want to train him up to be a goal machine... firstly what preferred moves should i have on him? who would be the best to tutor him? Hulk or Kikin Fonseca?
