18 in the league now... good numbers. Should I cap at 20?

It's a head to head league. I guess if there are 20 of us, we will play each other twice.
 
Just joined the league :) Hopefully the FM-Base league from last year will be up and running again.
 
21 teams now... would it be worth aiming to cap at 38 teams(play each other once)???
 
Apparently it doesnt matter when you ask to cap, certainly didnt work when capping at 20.

Lets just get as many as possible and see what the league does!!

i have given and de gea who should i start? I was thinking Given because they are playing WBA at home where ge gea is against totenham, but has had a shaky start to the season?
