Is it just one big competition? As in - Is everyone just posting one set of kits and whoever wins, wins "the league" as it were, or what?

I'll take...... Birmingham. Why not.

Yeah its a one off though if its suceesfull i may do other leagues
 
Does it have to be re-sized to 250x250?

i've been making kits for myself and friends for a while now - just not here.

I've finished my kits already, get them out of the way as I won't be here most of the week :)
