its june 2012 and ive just been promoted to the premier league with derby via the playoffs.
my current team is

my board have gave me 14m and a wage balance of about 27k, if you could suggest any players that would improve my team id much appreciate it, thanks.

fierro is a beast when hes older, but at the moment i dont think hes going to cut it, especially when my team arnt that good anyway, but cheers anyway pal!

He's good but not prem quality, look at players on frees and transfer listed players also look at stars from championship, they often come up and perform quite well for me...
For instant team gel, look at british based players, try the scottish leagues... and also check reserves of MCFC, as they buy alot of players and then drop half their squad...

yeh, ive signed bodde of free list, signing wallace from rangers(lb) and lustig from celtic(rb) so i think my defence is reasonablly strong now, just need to sort out midfield and stirkers

Here's three players about £10-12 mill total, who will be good, also in 8-10 years!

- Rasmus Elm from AZ Alkmaar(CM). Got him for £3,5 mill. in june 2012. Great midfielder, exceptional as deeplaying playmaker (smashes freekicks into the net aswell).

- Romàrio from brazilian club Vitòria (RB). Very young but already good enough, and develops extremely fast. Should also be about £3,5 mill.

- I got Grant Hanley (CB) from Blackburn for £4 mill. Give him gametime (limited defender, stopper), and he'll be a quality PL centreback.

Mutch is great. Given gametime, he'll just get better and better. I use him as either BWM def./sup. or CM sup.

I've never had Lars Bender myself but he looks class. If you can afford it, go for him. Quintero for 1,8m sure is a steal

For future firepower, look at Leandro from brazilian club Gremio. One of the most talented strikers in the game. I had to pay 8m, but I didn't discover him until june 2013. His stats wasn't overwhelming, but he's been a beast in Premier League after arriving...
