Preset Opposition instructions (e.g. built into the tactic)

How do you do this? I understand you can ask the assman each game to automatically do this, or you can set this yourself.
But I want to know ow you manipulate this within your tactic AUTOMATICALLY without having to go to the assman or manually do it each game?
I've seen tactics with this already done, but can't find how to install them naively.

You save the tactics in match after you set opositon instructions

Pick them, get into a game, save the tactic under a new name, then load that tactic when you get back out of the game.
