Hi FM lovers!
I've been playing FM 2014 since the beta version and as all of you know I am playing possession football.
My two questions are what is the best philosophy, a rigid one or a fluid one for possession football.
I tried the two and it seems that the rigid is better but I still want to know what others think.
I use now a very rigid philosophy but there is only one problem, my team isn't pressuring the opponents like they have to do because I used the instructions for pressuring. but still my players are often standing waiting for the mistake instead of trying to force mistakes as I want them to do.
the worse are the attackers. standing and closing down the defence when they dont have to, they need to pressure the ball! In a fluid philosophy this thing never happenned to me.
so what do you think?
I appreciate every answer, of course that only comments that respects me and the other forum members!
Thanks for helpers

Fluid: The idea here is that all players will contribute to the phases of play. The players should basically come up with solutions together.

Rigid: Here, the defenders are more cautious and vice versa and this is when you want to play a more rigid approach, the player sticking to the match plan ( when you want to use more players playing a certain role, like a playmaker, ballwinner etc, NOT normal CMs or DMCs etc)

So what's better in your opinion?
And what you suggest about the pressure?
