So yeah, is that possible? Preventing all transfers, I mean. Eventually you'll have clubs made up entirely of homegrown players, pretty much all of the team's nationality but that's only gotta' be good for the national game, right?

you could add nation rules to make only certain HG nationalities eligible to play in that league but banning transfers altogether? very much doubt it.

I believe you can set it so there are no transfer windows in individual nations under nation rules

There is that option, yeah, but all that does is mean that players can be transferred at any time
