Hope it's good, as FIFA is ****.
 
Got my copy about an hour ago been playing a few games , not to impressed with it may have to get fifa instead

PES2011 First DLC Announced

Just as PES2011 hits shelves for fans in the UK and the remaining European nations whose official release date was today, Konami have announced the first DLC for the title.

The official press release reads :

KONAMI details first PES 2011 DLC

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH today announced the content of its first DLC for PES 2011, which will be available on 12th October.

Available free to PlayStation(R)3, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD users, the download will bring the player roster files completely up to date, while clubs that qualified for the UEFA Champions League Group Round, will be added to the game’s dedicated mode. A number of team kits have also been updated in line with their current use, and four more licensed boots have been incorporated.

The DLC also includes three new wallpapers featuring cover star Lionel Messi in the ‘Extra

I once got one, but had only the badges and the kit shapes, no sponsers or anything.
 
I've used the WENB option file for the past two years and it's usually pretty decent. They don't seem to add any Bundesliga/Championship Teams etc though so if that's what you're after you're best looking at different option files.

The game is OK but i have 3 issues.

1. Player names above the head, annoying and pointless idea and no option to revert back.

2. Camera angle, don't like it and no option to revert back.

3. Penalties, a gripe from last year but still not adressed. They are too hard, infact you need a degree in physics to master them. Again no option to revert back.
 
have found the game ok, the editing tools are pretty cool expesh the create a stadium one.

if anyone knows how to get real kits and badges in to the game, please let me no :)

Check out pesgaming.com mate there will be option files out soon for ps3 and xbox 360
 
I have downloaded the file from above and done all the video says but mornings changed in game? Do I have to change kits and logos myself then or have I gone wrong somewhere?
 
having played the demo this afternoon, the difference between this and FIFA is insane. I tried to go into the game with an open mind having bought FIFA, and I didn't like it at all. No licensing is an instant annoyance, and IMO, the gameplay is very trashy, and movements are pretty bad, and worst of all, are the graphics, miles worse than FIFA.

I know it's only the demo, but FIFA is so much better

I've got £80 for my birthday, so I think I'll get it for Xmas, if it's getting good reviews by you lot! :)

well, I thought the FIFA demo was 10 million times better, and, I'm not known to be a mind-changer, apart from with FM Base :P

As well as all of the kit files etc there is usually an edit save file which you just copy over which will overwrite any editing that you have done personally. The edit save includes things like transfers, player faces, attribute changes, and correct kits etc.
 
to be honest i think whichever football game you have been playing for the past years is the one that will undoubtedly feel more natural. i have always been a Fifa player and thought pes was awful this year, i couldnt enjoy it at all, but that may just be more down to me being used to fifa. i can honestly see why people would like pes but there is no way it is the game for me, especially as Fifa is so strong now

yeah have copied that as well but still nothings changed in the game :/
