problem-crash dumps

Hello. I am new in this forum.
I have a big promlem- In the middle of my season the game just get stuck and gives me a message before.
I tried everything, I saved in another folder I renamed my file, I even unchek 'enable data collection' and the game always get stuck but in diffrent dates. By the way I have 10.3 patch

but I didn't understand- what is steam and how do I exactly do this?
It is Inside the game or in one of the folders?
By the way, I have windos if it change something
please help me
