Problem in lan game

Hi peeps

Ive tried to search google for the problem without any luck.
I normally play FM10 in lan mode with a neighbour. When we recently discovered that transfer fee's wasnt the same from computer to computer.

He could make an offer for 4 Million for a player of mine, and it would show as 2.7 Million on my computer.

Any if you seen that before?

Maybe he has the wrong currency so say its $4m that would be about 2.5m in pounds?
