Problem in smaller nations

Well, I play with CSKA Sofia in the Bulgarian league, but after 4-5 years all teams in the league have 7+ foreigners in their starting eleven, and it is almost impossible to find a good bulgarian player in order to buy him. Do you know what should I do in order to be successful and not have so many foreigners in the same time... except using the youth academy

Upgrade your youth academy. Maybe not what you want to hear, but still, it's all you can do. Maybe bring in youngsters before they turn 19 so they become home grown.
