problem with 3d engine

In my game the pitch of the stadium does not appear. its just a black area and the players looks as if they are playing in mid air. and also the face of the regens does not appear. in my preferences i have made it to display both real and generated pictures. it worked fine in the begining when i installed the game but now i got this problem. can anyone help?

depending on your graphics card you might not be able to use the 3d engine, try changing the options in, preferences, display & sound. and untick, show sky, stadiums etc... and change detail level to low.

just twiddle about with it and you may be able to get it to work.

am not too sure bout the face thingies tho a dnt bother with them

For me unticking the sky worked.

The generated face, same happened to me. Seems only activates for regen players.

I tried switching off sky setting but still it is the same

Untick stadiums and sky as mentioned above, and set graphical detail to low.... if it is still same afterwards, its your Graphics Card.

Your laptop just might not be strong enough to support it. Mine isnt and I just disable it.
