In the beginning let me say that I'm from Poland, this is my first post in this forum and I don't spead english perfectly. But I think you will understant what I'm talking about.
So I started to play with Newcastle in BPL, this is my first season with this team. I created a tactic with 4-5-1 formation. Here it is:

I played a few matches, but the results aren't very satisfying:

While creating this tactic I was thinking of team that can score a lot of goals and play good in defence. Basically it's not that bad in defence actually. My opponent have usually something like ~2 opportunities to score a goal but a lot of corners too. The problem is they can score from this 2 opportunities. Maybe it's just my bad luck.
From the offensive players I wanted to make a lot of passes leading to this one clutch pass for 1on1 and some flat crosses to Cisse. I'd like Hatem Ben Arfa to be the leader of my team. So I want Cisse and Ben Arfa to lead at scoring. Left winger is just supposed to make passes and cross but Ben Arfa should dribble and run into the box for 1on1.
Here are my expectations about positions:
GK - just defend the goal - it's actually ok.
LB - defend and cross sometimes.
CB - defend and don't let opponents to pass the ball behind them
RB - same as LB
CDM - defend, press and
BtB Mid - press, pass and try to help in defence with marking.
RW - Be a leader - score goals, cross sometimes, make assists and show up to teammates so they can pass to him anytime.
LW - cross, pass to LB for crosses and pass to the middle players
ST - Score goals, make assists sometimes, make clutch pass to RW sometimes.
As I told You, i can't show you much screens cause You won't be able to understand it in my language. But I've uploaded this tactic. Please download it and tell me what I need to change so my players will play better and score more goals.
