Problem with added leagues

I understand this is my own doing as I added in the leagues myself, but whenever I use the database that takes you down to English level 9, the game brings up an error message then crashes.

Firstly, is there anything I can do about that, and secondly, if not, are there any other English non-league databases (the one I'm using is called England-Level-9-v1.06 if it helps at all).
