Problem with boardroom/private chat

Hi,
I am having an issue in terms of the boardroom and private chat with players being incredibly 'slow and sluggish'. Everything else runs smoothly except these two areas of the game. I am running FM12 on an SSD as well... It takes a very long time to click answers/options etc. when talking to players and the board. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I fix this :/

had a similar problem after game updated to 12.2.0...but in my game it only occur when using team meeting...each click will take at least 10 second...

Yeah, it feels very irritating. Sometimes I want to praise a player but this lag puts me off from doing it... Pretty sure my computer is quite capable of running FM12 smoothly.

I have a similar problem but with team meetings. Not sure if it's a bug with the game or not

Maybe it's a perfect reflection of a real life conversation with a player since their not exactly the brightest stars on the planet (They need all that slow time to think of their answers)
