Problem with calling people up to National Squad?

Hi, i seem to have a problem with calling up a few people from my club who are Spanish to the Spansh National team which i also manage, i have four players who play for Spain in my team;

Pique
Fabregas
Villa
Muniain

Now when i originally took over and viewed the squad, i noticed the only Spanish player in my squad was David Villa, so i decided to call up Pique, Fabregas & Muniain, problem is that, apprantly Fabregas & Pique are on International duty when i call them up to the squad even though there are no International matches for them to play, with Muniain he's fine, i can call him up and he will stll be able to play club matches, but when i call Fabregas & Pique up they can't, does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
