Problem with Lower Reputation Teams

In my Backroom Advice screen, my assistant manager keeps telling me that my Arsenal team struggles against teams who have a lower reputation than us. How can I fix this? We thrashed Real Madrid 5-1, but had to fight till the 90th minute to get a 1-1 draw against Wolves. Thanks in advance.

There are a few things which influence this, a player's consistency, determination and concentration.
If you want to try and eradicate these things, you need to motivate the players before the game with a good team talk and press conference.

1 Tip, do not say 'Pleased' at half time, when I used to do that, we always ended up throwing the game away.

If you are struggling to keep the ball, use touchline shouts, that's what they're there for. Say 'Retain Possession' and 'Work Ball Into Box'

I have this problem on my luton game at the moment. I have gotten them into the premier league, and it says im complacent against lower rep teams, and over-awed by high rep teams. Im not doing all that well....
