Problem with players on Manchester

Hello all,

I have a problem with Football Manager 2012.
I download it yesterday and i choose Mancherster United. The problem is that despite the fact that on the preferences i see the version 12.2.2, on Manchester's squad, Van Persie is missing and also some other vital players.

Can you please tell me how i can update the game, so i have van persie on manchester squad?

RVP is in Manchester m8, but in FM13!!

But when i download the Football Manager 2012 Demo, it was in Manchester United squad.

He wasn't at Man United in the 2012 demo.

I am pretty sure he was, because i played the demo 3 days ago, and yesterday i purchase the full version. How can i attach this database to the game?
