Problem with tactic (very stupid players behaviour)

Hi All

I have big problem with tactic and very stupid behaviour my players. Very often, almost all my players pass back not before friends. It is very stupid I don't know what should I change to repair it. Maybe somebody can advice me ?

Red arrow, here player should pass (logical), yellow arrow here he passed. Of course directly to rival

It's difficult to tell from a static image.

A PKM would be better and the times that these incidents occur. Also, it would be useful to know what the attributes of the player in question is to get the full picture.

Ok I have upload a two examples from last match. Here we have problem with Garner but not only he makes those stupid action. He has pass on 12 but the same make player who have 16.

What is it PKMs ?

I have changed movies from private to public.
