Problem with Wingers not crossing the ball

Hei there, i have a problem that just never stops it doesnt matter if i do shouts or i tell them on tactics. My wingers seem to gt the ball and run with it until the end of the pitch and not crossing the ball at all, it doesnt matter if my striker is alone in the middle, they ll keep the ball until the defender comes and puts the ball to corner... i know there must be a solution, i just cant find it

you may correct individual tactic of your wingers with:

- run with the ball : never
- center : always

But I think, it could be a bug.

Does this happen always or sometimes?

Make sure your wingers doesnt have Hold up ball ticked and make sure they have Cross ball often.
Dont place run with ball never, as then they will start to hesitate whether they wud run or not in situations
