Problem with youth team

Hi guys, this is my problem, i am the manager of the Real Madrid, i am on the second season, but o cant manage the youth team, on the first season i was able to do it, but Now i am not.


On the team policy i have activated the option of manage youth team, but i cant send instructions for the matches and Nothing, its just like if that option was not active

Any idea? Now i see and i put Karanka to manage them, and active the option of using the same formation of the 1st team (4-2-3-1) and they Play with a 4-4-2, so i cant manage them and they dont use the same formation of the 1st team
