Why is it when a team offers you a player then you go to view offer and make the offer, the selling team always reject that bid even though that is the price they asked for.:S

ah its not a problem it just happens sometimes, they offer players to every club, and when they get a reply from you maybe the manager doesn't like you, or your a rival club, the offer isn't being made to just you
I tried the non negotiable thing it didnt work. It was real madrid who offered me the player and i am rangers so no rivalry there. And also the manager didnt have any opinion on me so that didnt work
