problem

hi

on my brothers laptop using vista, i tried to install skins etc but it didnt work

anyway, now i reinstalled the game, it loads up just to the screen where it says loading at it just sticks there

i have tried re-installing several times but still the same thing

also it does not show up under my applications on the left hand side as a new programe normaly would

any help plz ?

Maybe remove the skins from your computer altogether? I'm not sure the uninstall removes the "my documents" folder.
