Had loads of advice and help from FM-Base users (very much appreicated) and thought why not get everyone opinions and advice and combine all knowledge to make one big super tactic which combines attractive attacking football with a stone wall defence. Any contributors to final tactic will be credited (obviously). I will be doing one home and one away tactic. I will be testing tactic using Liverpool 9.3.0 patch. I will be using TT&F as reference as well. First of going to decide formation, mentality (M), Team Tempo, Team Passing style, Team Marking, Playmakers (PM), Target men (TM), Free role . I have placed example below..
Formation (4-1-2-2-1) (If you would like to put style of Defence here i.e. Nike, RoO, 5x5) (Home)
GK M8
FBs M10
CBs M10
DMC M8 (PM)
CMs M10 (1 x FR)
AMs M12
CF M10 (TM)
Team Quick, Wide, Short, Marking Zonal/Loose (CB Man/Tight)
This tells me playing 4-1-2-2-1 home tactics with deep lying playmaker, Freerole CM, Target man up top, Quick short wide passing everyone marking Zonal/Loosely apart from CBs. (Please note Mentality slider is taking that the middle is 10, far left is 0, far right is 20)
Once formation foundations have been finalised will move onto finer points. Please submit any formations and don't be scared anythign considered. Thanks for all your help in advance.
