Promoting coaches

Hi all. Just wondering if theres any way to promote one of your first team coches to assistant manager, becuase mine has just retired- and on my coaches is very good and I'd like him in that role, thanks if you can help.

If he has some preference in the as manager role then you can defo just offer him a new contract but only as a as manager
