Promotion, first areas to strengthen?

I've just got promoted to league 1, I don't have the budget to strengthen all areas, which positions should I focus my attention to first?

GK -CF-CB-DM in that order. Thats the spine of your team.

GK is your priority as it is most important in your first season in a higher division to minimise goals conceded. As De Gea at Man Utd has proved this season a good keeper can get you out of serious trouble I your forwards aren't doing their job.
