thinking of using something like this with my peterborough team ( just scraped promotion to the prem )

i have 2 good Defensive mids to rotate.
I also have quick wingers who can drible as well as quick strikers who can finish.

Could this work if i played a long ball game >
 
Very unorthodox. I think in the prem teams with technically good midfielders could exploit the sheer space in the middle of the park, especially depending on whether or not your players are pressing. The only way to be sure however is to test it out for a good few games and you never know it could work, i recently developed a 2-2-1-3-2, which has worked surprisingly well. Good luck with it if you use it, would love to see some results from using the tactic aswell.
