PS4 has a better CPU even with MS increasing the one in the Xbone recently, better RAM which is also doesn't need to use on the three operating systems the Xbone has and a better GPU.
MS with their complete entertainment system are some way behind what the PS4 should be putting out in terms of gaming performance and graphical power.
