Hi everybody, i started yesterday a new game (15.3.2) with PSG to have huge amount of money at my disposal. As always i disabled money at the start of season (to play with default squads), but at 1st of November, where usually board gives you money to spend (i remember from FM 14, french clubs take transfer budget at 1 of October), the board doesn't gave me. I tried to apply more but he denied and in agreed philosophies wants to buy high profile players. Also scouted many players and some of them like Depay, G.Barbosa, Volland (not Messi, CR7, Neymar, Aguero) have no intention to sign for me. Does anyone know, if at 2nd season board gives money to spend ?
