Pure Virtual Fuction Call - Help Please.

Hi guys. I have just downloaded the Demo but I'm having issues when in a game. Either in 3D or 2D my game closes down and this window pops up. I have no idea about computers so am just wondering if anybody knows what this means nd how I can stop it.
