QPR 30 Mill Budget

Just been promoted with QPR with a 30 mill transfer budget for my 1st season in the prem.

Playing a 3-5-2 system and im in desperate need of upgrades in the following positions:

Right Wing-Back

Left Wing-Back

Striker (Advanced Forward)

Really struggling to find any wing-backs that can play in that advanced role and cant find any good enough strikers to fit my budget!
