Managed to beat the drop and come 8th in my first season in the prem with QPR. Been given a budget of 50 mill this year and really want to strengthen to aim for a top 4 finish. The areas I need to strengthen are:
Centre Back - One is getting too old and the other one just isnt good enough.
Deep Lying Playmaker (DEF) - Very important player for me. Needs good vision, passing, tackling etc.
Ball Winning Midfielder (SUP) - Could do with one more of these, looking for a kante type player.
Advanced Playmaker (SUP) - Tjaronn Chery has been fantastic for me but is starting to age. Probably got a couple of seasons left in him but looking for a younger player to slowly build into his role. Chery will become his tutor.
Target Man (SUP) - Austin did a job for me last season but looking for a higher quality player to take over.
