QPR - Cannot defend from set-pieces

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but anyways.

Im QPR and every game this season i have conceded goals from headers from either corners or a freekick into the box. It is frustrating the **** out of me. Tried training them to defend set-pieces but that doesnt seem to be working!

Has anyone else have had this problem and if so how have you dealt with it?

I used to concede goals on set-pieces as well,but the way I dealt with it was to make my players "man mark",instead of "go back" in the settings. They cover players alot better that way.
