Being a QPR fan I insist on managing them but out of all manager games this is easily the hardest version to manage Qpr. You start with a poxy 2.6million and a load of players no one wants to buy. I've tried many different tactics but it always ends in a relegation finish to the season. I never liked to ujob ones cheats on the other management games but would on this as I'm set with what seems to be an impossible job, but as you all know there is no money cheat/editor on the handheld version.
Is there any tactic/cheap players to save QPR from the drop?

Wigan were the same on last years FM but it makes it all that bit more interesting and challenging IMO.

I did the relegation challenge with QPR pretty easily. I started off with a 4231 and bought in Beckham and Beattie on frees (this was Jan) and survived by coming 14th and drawing against Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham.

have you read the truefootballmanager blog? He is managing QPR and in his second season got into Europa League, might be useful to read that?

Have you used finances to give yourself more money? If you move wages into transfers funds ( under adjust budget and then click on either one) you can get 22.5 million with them! Obviously you cant use all of that because you need to think of wages, but still!

I started one with them, bought in 2 new centre backs, Lovren of Lyon, and Kelly from Liverpool, Howson from leeds and a 16 year old called Fierro who i would reccomend for any team!

You will often find managing your favourite club is the hardest challenge, as you don't want to fail with them. I always found Wigan the hardest EPL team to manage, especially now you can't cash in on N'Zogbia to get some money. a 4-2-2-2 or 4-5-1 is the best tactics for promoted teams, 4-5-1 gives you the defensive stability, and the players to catch the other team on the break.

I got bored but had a pretty good save with QPR for a while. Play counter attacking football with tempo set to rapid and a lot of your players feeding in through balls. If you look through your squad then you'll see one of your biggest assets is pace (Taarabt, Traore - play him as a winger and Wright-Philips, DJ Campell all being pretty rapid)

Kenny is a decent keeper and you're fairly sorted in midfield, your main transfer targets should be a poacher (try sturridge on loan or Biram Diouf on the transfer list, or quintero or chucho benitez.... Or Mushaga Bakenga... or Peter Utaka or Frazier Campbell) and also a decent centre back to accompany Connelly.

That should definitely be enough to keep you up maybe even a mid table finish.

i went for expiring contracts when i was qpr. i got del piero mazzerati berbatov, finnished 8th 1st season. and there is a money cheat!!! you can get 150mil everytime you sell a player, look it up on youtube.

Is there any point in that cheat at all? If your going to use a cheat that lets you get 150 million for each player, just start as Barcelona and if you cant win everything with them just stop playing. So pointless!
