I am managing QPR now, having taken over about half way through the season when they were bottom , but I am not sure what tactics to play with them. At the moment I am playing a counter-attacking 4-2-3-1 but this isnt working too well. Any suggestions?

Depends on your players... Try Mr.Hough's tactics if you just want to win, search it in the bar at the top of the page and it will come up.

Try an attacking 4-1-1-3-1 with Buzsaky as CAM and routledge as RAM. Get Zaki,Cristaldo or Wood as your complete striker

Well, in a spectacular case of shooting oneself in the foot, I signed Cristaldo for Leicester when I was briefly their manager. Top scorer in the Championship =_=
Got a loan offer in for Yannis Tafer, so hopefully he's as good
