Question about attributes.

Can someone please tell me how I can see the progress of my players?
I mean what attributes the players get better and worse on.
Now it's like this (FMC):

There is an option top right of the attributes panel in normal mode, in FMC I am not sure but I suposse could be the same. Good luck!
