question about club's staff

hi everybody , i have a little question about the club's staff
for my first team i have a maximum of 14 other staff but for my reserve one i have only one slot and my 19U only 4 !!
so when i talk to the boards and ask for more staff slots they accept but they add 2 more slots just for my first
the question is how can i ask them to add slots for my reserve and U teams

you can go to the oard screen and make that request. They may or may not grant it to you.
