question about coaches guys

when it comes to choosing coaches is fm2011 still using the same attributes as the older versions?

ie. to get 7 stars you two or three atributes above 17/18?

You cant get 7 starts the max is 5

In the download section under tools there is a Coach Calculator that will calculate the stars after u put the stats in.
