Question about debt

I would like to start a save with Parma in the lowest division available in the official DB, but I am having some trouble with the club's debt. I set it in the editor, but in some months the club reestructure it and all the fun and difficulty of the task is gone. How can I overcome this problem?

What exactly have you edited? Have you tried changing chairman resources to 1, maybe take their rep down to, to put off investors

Just some debt from state, bank, etc.

Do you know where can I find this option in the editor?
