Question about deduction points

Hey all. sorry for my English.

While i play with fm09 i just see that team got points deducted whien the season running.the only messege that the game give is "administration violetion".

Any idea what is it?

i guess the team has gone in to administration which is an offence punishable by deducting 9 points. administration means their finances are in a bad way

In England if a football team goes into Administration then they will be deducted points.

how did he create a league with both arsenal barca roma ect in prem league? how come in 08/09 n holders arsenal?

He's in 2010/11. He's just looking at an older seasons table.

He probably created it on the editor, or someone else did.
