question about patching.

i reinstall my football manager 2011 few days ago and i wanna ask whether i need to download all the patches or i just need to download the latest patch? thank you.

1) why do you reinstall Fm11 every few days?

2) download 11.3 patch and it has all the fixes from the previous ones
