Question about scouting

Hi!
When you set an assignment to a scout do you let the 'Roaming' box ticked or you untick it?
I want to know if it has a major effect on the scouting reports.

I have scouts doing all different things, some of them with roaming.
Roaming means, quite simply, that he will roam from country to country looking for good players. So it depends whether you want him to thoroughly scout a particular country/region/etc., or to skim through lots of different countries
