Every time I try and sign new U21 and U18 coaches my board prevents me. I look on how many it advises me to have and i'm well below. I also tried making a board request to allow me to sign more coaches but it is greyed out saying I'm allowed to sign more coaches even though the board blocks me saying we don't need anymore!
I terminated a lot of deadwood coaches to try and make room but this doesn't work either.
Any help?
