Question about tactics

I have some questions about tactics im unsure of, any help would be appreciated :

1) Does the AI get used to your tactics resulting in them having a lesser impact?
2) If so how often should you change them ? (Like every season?)
3) Can you recycle old tactics a few seasons down the line and have the same impact with them?

1. some will say yes, some will say no... personally I'd say no (but most AI managers will adjust their own tactics to counter yours during matches)
2. I change tactics rarely, if ever, apart from minor tweaks to get the best of players
3. no idea as I don't change mine often enough
