i'm aston villa and i personaly think my assistant manager is panse and would like a good *** Man to take control of training!!! wot are the stats to look for in an assistant manager, Man Management? tactical ability?:| :| :|

Best thing to do is place an job advertisement for an Asst. Manager, leave it running for a few weeks coz u get some pretty decent managers applying.

With my Asst. Managers i tend to look for their coaching style (I usually choose General), Judging player potential & Abillity (useful when deciding to renew contracts), Tactical (Team Reports Etc), Tactical Knowledge - they r my main things i look for.
