Question on CONTRACTS- are there little rules that happen depending on the lengthleft

for example if there is only 6months left on contract. ty.

As im worried whether i need to do make some critical moves for certain players in my squad otherwise i might lose them or something. On a free to or something. ty.

I never let a players contract run into the last 6 months. Other clubs will now be looking at them. These clubs will be able to offer the player a contract and if accepted he will move and the end of his current deal for a free.
