Question : Sugar daddy clubs !!

I'm already managing a club in Germany , but after 2 seasons with almost 0 transfer kitty i got very bored !

So , I need a new challenge with a club that has got a NEW sugar daddy owner and not a famous club already like City or PSG or Monaco !

I need a new club that has got it after the start of the game , not with it already !

The problem is I don't know how to find out if a club has a change in management and if it was a Foreground Sugar daddy !

Of course I wont search every single team in every top league , and i don't prefer to use the editor as i think of it as a cheat !

Is there any way to find my new club ?!!
