Question-summer'10 transfer update. How to use this? Its in the editor data folder :s

I assume this can be done during a game. Ive finished season 1. During the summer i am in now and thought of using this to save me time and stuff.

I cant seem to activate the file.

I put it in my editor data folder.

How can i do this pleaseeeeeeeeeee.
